
Pete Miller
Products Liability Attorney
Pete Miller focuses his practice in the areas of Products Liability Law, Aviation Law, Motor Vehicle Accidents and all areas relating to catastrophic injuries.
Pete spent over 10 years as a Navy Fighter Pilot prior to studying law under the Virginia Law Reader Program. He flew numerous combat missions in Bosnia and Iraq, receiving the Naval Air Medal for his efforts. After leaving the service, he flew commercially for a major U.S. airline and to date, has over 10,000 flight hours. He has been involved in numerous pharmaceutical trials and managed the settlement and accounting of over 5,000 fen-phen clients.
Pete attended Virginia Tech where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He then studied in the Virginia Law Reader Program, a rigorous self study program designed for busy professionals.
Pete became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2002, and is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
