As many of you know, The Miller Firm has reached an agreement to settle its Seroquel claims. This agreement was reached in December, 2010 and since that time, our office has been diligently working to compile all the necessary information in order to present this settlement to you in a manner that will be easy to understand.
As part of the settlement process, we must contact Medicare and Medicaid to confirm whether there are any potential reimbursement obligations to those agencies. Once we receive information about whether there are any liens from Medicare and Medicaid, we will be able to calculate your award and send you a detailed settlement package. This package will provide the value of your award and explain how it was calculated. It will also provide you with details on how to accept and/or appeal your award.
We understand that you are anxious to receive your settlement and we hope to have all of the award packages out to our clients by mid-September. We continue to appreciate your patience.
