Digitek Update

The Miller Firm is still in the process of reviewing your case. At this time, over 25 company depositions have been conducted, and your case continues to grow stronger. To further strengthen your case, we've retained a number of experts that will be testifying at trial. The very first Digitek trial in the United States is scheduled for November 5th, 2010, and it will be tried by us.

What can you do to help?

It's critical that you answer your Plaintiff's Fact Sheet fully and accurately and return them to us on a timely basis. If you have not yet received your Plaintiff's Fact Sheet, you will soon.
