Kugel Update

The multidistrict federal proceeding in Rhode Island is going very well, and the first bellwether trial is scheduled for next month. That trial will help to determine the settlement value of all the cases we file.

What can you do to help?

If you have new medical records, you should fax them to Dave Anderson at The Miller Firm immediately. If you've received a Plaintiff Fact Sheet, please return it to The Miller Firm as soon as possible. This information is required by the court as a form of pretrial discovery.
